The Board of Directors are elected by the membership at the annual meeting. Each director is elected for a 3 year term, and can serve up to 2 consecutive terms (4 if uncontested). In addition, the board of directors can appoint a director to fill an open position until the next annual meeting. The Board of Directors shall consist of no fewer than three (3) persons and no more than seven (7) persons. The number of directors is determined by the Board of Directors within the above parameters.

The Board of Directors elects officers for a one-year term. Officers include; President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
