Delinquent BEHA Members
Members that are delinquent in assessments or in violation of a covenant are considered not-in-good-standing. As of October 15, 2024 all members are in good standing. Members that pay late or violate covenants/by-laws cost the BEHA considerable time and financial resources. There is no excuse to show such disrespect to your neighbors.
